Thank you for your tremendous preparation, support for each other, and passion for making theatre. Casting a show with so many options is never easy, and this one was no exception. Please know that I consider all who auditioned worthy of roles, but alas, there are only a certain number of them. For those who were not cast, please, please audition for SHORTS 23, which will include both plays and short films!

THE DEN IMPROV TROUPE INITIAL MEETING IS TOMORROW, 3:30-5!!

No audition or experience necessary. Professional actor and improviser, Eric Nepom will be back to direct. Come and find out what it is all about. You do not have to commit to the improv troupe after tomorrow. If you decide to keep going, we will get everyone’s availability, and schedule 2 rehearsals a week leading up to the Improv Night performances, DEC 8 & 9 at 6:30pm (this is on the Theatre Arts calendar). The West Linn High School Performing Arts Department presents the Tony Award-winning Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical. The magical show revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a witty little girl who dreams of a better life.

Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs, Matilda is a joyous “girl power” romp. Children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by the story of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination. The production runs November 3, 5, 10, 11, 12.
